His work can be viewed at www.artemosaique.com. Mr. Baez developed a process called “Artonography” which he describes as the fusion of paintings and photographed forms. He also works on pastels, acrylic and other traditional media, creating works that combine themes of spirituality, mythology, landscapes, and cultural syncretism. Presently, he manages and curates art exhibits at the Garden of Eden, his studio art gallery and in other venues in Hoboken, New Jersey. He also continues to exhibit his own work at other galleries in the New York and New Jersey areas.  He serves on the Board of Directors of Hob-Art, a non-profit co-operative gallery based in Hoboken, NJ, which, besides exhibiting art works, participates in community outreach programs and workshops in NJ (www.hob-art.com).
